Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the classes and services Kayan offers and the standards we expect from members while using our studio. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Booking & Cancellation Policy, which together govern your relationship with Kayan.
1. Services offered
Kayan offers Reformer Pilates, Boxing, Personal Training, Workshops, and Events, delivered by our team of coaches at our Sharjah studio. Availability of each service depends on the current schedule and studio capacity.
2. Class availability
Classes are offered subject to our published schedule, which may change from time to time to reflect coach availability, demand, or studio operations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members in advance of any change that affects a class they have booked.
3. Trainer changes
While we aim to keep classes with their advertised coach, the studio may substitute a different qualified coach for any class where necessary, without prior notice and without this affecting your booking or credit.
4. Equipment use
Studio equipment must be used properly and only as instructed by your coach. Please ask a coach before adjusting or using any equipment you are unfamiliar with, and report any faulty or damaged equipment to studio staff immediately.
5. Code of conduct
We expect all members to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow members at all times. Harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from a class.
6. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate a member's account or access to the studio where these Terms of Service, our Terms & Conditions, or our Studio Rules are violated, particularly in cases of unsafe, abusive, or repeatedly disruptive conduct. Where an account is terminated for a violation, we are not obliged to refund any remaining credits.
